How much is a gym membership?- We have gym memberships for everyone starting at less than your monthly coffee fix. Our programs are custom tailored to meet most everyone’s fitness needs and budget. We encourage you to call now and schedule a time to meet with one of our fitness counselors. They will discuss your fitness goals and help you choose the program that best fits your specific needs. You will soon be on the way to feeling and looking your best.

Do I have to sign a membership contract? – At forever fit fitness center flexibility is the name of the game while we strongly believe fitness should always be a priority in life we understand sometimes it’s hard to tell what the next day will bring. Therefore we have both terms and flexible memberships available.

Do you have family memberships? – Absolutely, as a family friendly health club we have fitness programs for every member of the family. Not only do we encourage families to exercise together because it’s fun. It has been proven to help strengthen relationships, decrease medical costs, and improve younger participants scholastic and athletic performance. This is why we reward you and offer exclusive discounts for adding- on family memberships whenever possible.

Can I bring a friend to work out with me? – Don’t just bring them encourage them to get started! Just like there are advantages to families who exercise together studies show people who workout with a partner stay committed longer, get results quicker, and are more satisfied with their membership experience. We love when our members bring friends, coworkers, and associates and reward you handsomely for it. Simply ask a member of staff for a VIP pass for your friend.

Are there discounts for certain companies? – We do have several corporate programs such as our business of the week, corporate fitness competitions, sponsorship opportunities, and community perks savings program. If you work/own a company who would benefit from enhanced wellness initiative please let one of our staff know.

What if I’ve never worked out before? – Contrary to popular belief most new gym members have limited knowledge about what they should actually do in the gym. As a matter of fact even if you have worked out in the past chances are the type of workout and exercise routine you need to do today is vastly different than what you may have been told in the past. We help newbies become comparable very quickly by providing initial consultations as soon as someone joins the club and are always more than happy to help any member achieve your fitness goals. We take this very seriously and wants you to make sure you are confident comfortable and satisfied at all times.

How much is personal training? – Much like the memberships training is a personal decision which is why all new members are given an opportunity to meet with one of our fitness coaches to discuss all of the personal training options, specialty training classes, and any specific questions they have about how to best utilize our professional fitness coaches and personal trainers at the gym. The cost depends on what’s included, length of time, and type of services being provided. If you are already a member with us.

How crowded is your gym?- With over 20000 sq ft of space we can accomadate a large number of members however, over crowding is never an issue. There are peaks times and seasons such as after work but, because of all the differnet dedicated workout areas you will always exercise in comfort.

Is Crossfit too hard for me? – Yep!… Just kidding, Crossfit will certainly challenge you in new ways. The nice thing about any of the programs we offer is that it’s self-paced. You can work as hard as you want but, that doesn’t mean it will be to difficult for you. We have participants of all ages, fitness levels, male and female who love what Crossfit has done for them not just in terms of fitness but, in confidence.
