Tips to look for in a personal trainer:
What you can anticipate when you first meet up with a trainer…??Our trainers begin with a fitness assessment so that your trainer can find out where you are currently with your overall health and fitness. Although its not required, we strongly suggest that you seek clearance from a medical professional before starting any personal training or exercise program.??Your trainer will start by asking you some broad questions to better understand your unique goals and obstacles. Then he or she will take some measurements that will help you identify your starting point, so you can watch as you progress. They will customarily monitor your weight, body fat, blood pressure, body circumference (thighs, waist, hips, biceps, chest etc.), upper body strength, and core strength.??It is very important that you an your trainer outline all of this from the very beginning. A high-quality trainer will take all of this data and establish a custom-made plan that is unique to you an only you.??If you are serious about getting in shape and becoming fit, you should seriously consider working with a personal trainer at Forever Fit Fitness Center. It will be the expertise, motivation and encouragement you are looking for.

I grew up dipping Twinkies in my Fruity Pebbles milk, with a side of Mountain Dew. Kids flocked to my house for all the goodies my mom stocked the pantry with. Little Debbi’s, Devil Dogs, Hawaiian Punch…you name, we had it. I was obviously a chubby kid on the road to being diabetic and obese. In junior high I joined the soccer team and fell in love with physical activity!! Thankfully, I took note of how I felt after eating garbage and trying to perform competitively—it didn’t work well! Eating vegetables and proteins felt good! I ran faster…I was physically stronger…I had an abundant of energy and I wasn’t chubby anymore! I played a sport every semester in high school and college…but graduated with a degree in graphic design?!! It didn’t occur to me until I was out of school and looking for some kind of activity to maintain my health and wellness without a team…that I could make a career out of helping people look and feel better about themselves. I got involved with personal training almost by accident and have never looked back! Over the past 15 years (yes, I am older than I look!) I have worked with everyone ranging from 4 to 84 and with every range of ability. Exercise and healthy eating has to be a part of everyone’s daily life….there’s no way around that fact! Exercise doesn’t have to be something you dread, you just have to find something you enjoy doing and eating healthy doesn’t mean eating twigs and bark—food can taste good AND be nutritious! I believe in setting realistic goals that fit into your own personal lifestyle and variety is the key to keeping your body in shape and your mind interested in exercise!
Realistic goals often leads to Exceptional, lifelong results!

I think of diet and fitness as a lifestyle choice that everyone can make. It takes dedication and effort everyday, but the results are priceless.
Fitness and health have always been a part of my life.
At the age of 7, I started riding horses.
I grew up emerged in this challenging sport and I naturally appreciate the connection between rider and horse. This partnership is the key to success. Competing for 10 years required disciple and determination. I focused on training daily and eating healthy.
The better I made myself physically, the better I competed. I continued riding in college and became the team captain, while I was studying nutrition. This transitioned into my degree in Exercise Science.
I can now fully appreciate how nutrition and fitness can improve your overall life.
I want to inspire people and show them how diet and fitness isn’t a mystery or only something that some can achieve.
I want to make it simple and do-able for everyone! YAY!
Come play with me and I will turn your life around!!
