Jim Morando
Club Owner
Forever Fit began as a personal training company that I founded in 1989. I trained
people in their homes, their businesses and their local gyms. As a lecturer to
corporations and universities, I had a long term goal of opening a very unique type
of fitness center. One that not only offered all the state of the art equipment but
also provided the inspiration, motivation and support to ensure member success!

In 1999 my dream came to fruition and Forever Health & Fitness Center was born! A
very casual and friendly facility, we're staffed with knowledgeable fitness professionals
dedicated to changing members lives!

I work at the club on a daily basis as a fitness trainer and group exercise instructor.
I can usually be found helping members on the fitness floor or in the group exercise
studio. Our team takes great pride in our ability to get long lasting member results. I
truly hope to have the chance to meet you!  Just ask for Jim!


Bob Cassin
General Manager
"Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going."  Every member
that joins Forever Fit does so because at some point they were motivated for some
specific reason.  As the General Manager of Forever Fit and with the help of the
Forever Fit staff we try to create an environment where this initial motivation turns
into a habit that will continue throughout a members' lifetime. 

Bob has been General Manager Forever Fit since 2000.  He has an undergraduate degree in
Business from Western New England College and currently finishing up his MBA at Babson
College.


Kristina Ingram
Babysitting Director

Kristina joined Forever Fit in early 2007 and became Director of the Forever
Fit's babysitting program shortly thereafter. 

Kristina has a background of being an EMT for 7 years and holds a CPR certification
at the Healthcare Professional Level and holds a B.S. in Sports Medicine.

Parents can rest assured their children are in good care!

AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor
Registered Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Kim is an AFAA certified fitness instructor as well as a Kripalu certified yoga
instructor, a PhysicalMind certified Pilates instructor and a certified Prenatal
yoga instructor. 

She holds BTS certifications in Group Power, Group Kick, Group Step and Group
Ride. As Director of Fitness at the club, Kim can help you choose and join the
classes that best meet your goals.


Laura Sjoberg
Instructor
Laura holds BTS certifications in Group Power, Group Kick, Group Step and
has been having a blast teaching at Forever Fit for the past two years.


Jessa Marshall
Group Power & Group Kick
Group Kick Certified, Jessa Marshall became an instructor in 2005.  Since then,
she has become Group Power and Group Centergy certified.   Jessa moved to
Webster from Worcester in 2003 after graduating from WPI.


Daniel Goldner
Group Power and Group Ride Instructor
Dan makes a living as a High School English teacher, but after meeting his
fiancé in her Group Power class, he was inspired to get certified himself.
Dan was an all-star sprinter for Track and Field in college and regularly
attended Forever Fit before he began teaching. Now, he is a Group Power
and Group Ride instructor.


Eileen Ng
Group Power and Group Ride Instructor

Eileen is a relatively new instructor at Forever Fit, but a long-time fan
of its group fitness program! She is certified to teach Group Power and
Group Ride and loves making new mixes for her classes.  Always a teacher
at heart, she strives to motivate and encourage members to be their best
each day.


Mattie Eisenberg
Registered Yoga Instructor

Mattie holds a certification from Seven Centers Yoga Arts of Sedona,
Arizona. There, she studied the art of Hatha Yoga from a holistic and
traditional Vedic foundation.

Uniting different traditions, Mattie leads a reliably focused class incorporating
atypical approaches to common postures and sequencing. She offers her
classes an in-depth understanding of the human anatomy and how the mind
conveys information to the body.


Karyn Healey
Group Power, Group Step, Group Kick

Karyn became certified to teach after falling in love with classes
at the Forever Fit. She joined the gym to shape up for her wedding
last year, and has now become an integral part of the team.

Although she might seem intimidating during her Group Kick class,
Karyn is a kindergarten teacher by day.
 

Lori Morin
Group Step & Group Kick
Lori is an AFAA certified fitness instructor who has been with us at
Forever Fit since we opened our doors.  She is BTS certified in
Group Step and Group Kick.  To catch her classes, you need to be an
early riser since she teaches at 6 AM!

 
Renee Bazinet
Group Power, Group Step, Group Kick
Renee holds BTS certifications in Group Power, Group Step, and Group
Kick.  Outside of the gym, she doubles as a full-time graduate student
with a focus on Health Psychology.
